We are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Agents to work on assignment at our clients modern offices in the Newport area.

The successful candidates will:-

* Be fully computer literate with good keyboard skills
* Have their own transport
* Have some experience in a similar role
* Have the ability to work effectively in a team and on their own when necessary
* Be able to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
* Be able to commit to a minimum of 4 months to this assignment
* Have the ability to deal with customer enquiries and complaints over the telephone in a professional manner all times
* Be able to work in a pressurised environment and to deadlines
