We are looking to strengthen the team of our newly set up Training Division by the appointment of a Training Executive.
The main function of this role will be to deliver in-house training workshops to delegates on a wide range of subjects at our centre of excellence in Caerphilly town centre.
The role will also involve an element of business development, including visiting businesses in order to discuss the establishing of professional development plans etc.
- Experience in a similar role essential.
- PC Literate – intermediate level of skill required
- High level of professionalism
- Willingness to embrace feedback, learn from results and take responsibility for personal development to acquire new skills and share knowledge
- Self motivated and results orientated with a desire to work towards individual and team targets
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and dedicated to developing others with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Full UK Driving Licence with Business Cover Insurance
