Our client is a market leading General Insurance firm based in Newport and we are pleased to offer these excellent opportunities to join their existing team.

Key Purpose of the role: Face to face or telephone based role dealing with customer enquiries/answering high volume inbound calls from customers and branches; Responding to enquiries and where appropriate passing customer/calls to relevant staff; Basic administrative duties may be required, i.e. filing faxing;

Key Skills: Product/Service knowledge; Oral communication; MS Office; Written communication.
