The successful candidate will deliver service excellence to all our clients' customers, while selling their products.
Customer Services is vital to our business and is closely linked to successful sales. It's the role of each and every team member to understand our range of products and services and to respond to the needs of the customers.
This position is working on behalf of SKY.
Skills and Experience
Previous Sales experience is required!
We are looking for people to provide excellent customer service and sales skills in response to all enquiries received. In return we will provide full training and opportunities to progress your career with us.
While experience in a customer focused role would be a bonus, it's not essential. It's more important that you have the right personality and a problem solving mindset. Along with a warm yet professional telephone manner, you must be resilient, and a good listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm
Saturday/Sunday hours TBC
