Our client is a leading independent training organisation, providing professional support to businesses throughout the UK.

On tehir behalf, we are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join their existing team in order to provide administrative support to all functions of the business.

Duties include:-

  • Typing (copy and audio)
  • Emails and electronic diary management
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Liaising with certification bodies
  • Booking hotels and travel
  • Dealing with client queries in the absence of Consultants
  • Creating forms
  • Preparation of presentations and taking minutes for quarterly team meetings
  • Purchasing
  • Banking
  • Legal compliance i.e. maintenance of first aid supplies and accident records
